This allows us to accommodate other clients who may need an appointment. - Appointments canceled within the 24 hours will be charged 25% of the service. 2. Late Arrivals: - If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. No-Show Policy: - If you do not show up for your appointment the card on file will be charged 25% off the service. - We understand that emergencies happen.
